Message from the Athletic Director
Pilot Upper Division Athletics Participation
Pilot Upper Division students are required to participate in two of the three athletic seasons during the school year. Students are also welcome and encouraged to participate in all three seasons.
Please indicate your child’s athletic preferences for each season below and submit the completed form by Monday, August 31, 2026.
Students participating in the Middle School Athletic Program (Grades 6–8 who are 11 years old by September 1, 2026) must have all required DIAA forms completed and submitted before participating in athletics.
All DIAA athletic forms, including the required sports physical, must be completed, signed by a healthcare provider, and uploaded to Magnus by September 1, 2026.
Students who do not have completed DIAA forms on file by this deadline will not be permitted to participate in tryouts, practices, or athletic activities until all requirements have been met. There will be no exceptions.
In compliance with DIAA regulations, students must be 11 years old by September 1, 2026 to participate in interscholastic athletics.
